In addition to her client work, Mrs. Dotzenrath is leading the recruiting activities in the German speaking area (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) as well as Booz & Company’s European and Middle East diversity efforts. In 2007, Mrs. Dotzenrath was honored with one of Booz & Company’s most prestigious recognitions - the Executive Leader Award - for her remarkable institutional contribution.

Anja-Isabel Dotzenrath holds a masters degree in electrical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) and a master in business administration (Dipl.-Wirt. Ing.) from the RWTH Aachen in Germany.
