Andrew Horncastle is a partner with Booz & Company and a member of the firm’s Energy, Chemicals and Utilities practice. He has over 12 years of consulting experience with a focus on base and specialty chemicals. His functional expertise covers the fields of mergers and acquisitions, strategy, organization and integration as well as cost reduction. His recent client engagements include: global organization and operating model review for a leading Middle Eastern petrochemical company; shared services implementation for a leading Saudi petrochemicals company; strategic due diligence and business planning for a large regional petrochemical company to acquire a specialty polymers player; and growth strategy and screening of potential acquisition targets for a leading fertilizer company. He has also led multiple due diligences for private equity companies in various chemicals and specialty chemicals segments. Andrew holds a B.A. at the University of Bamberg, Germany and conducted a fellowship program at INSEAD.
