Abstract: Choice modeling is a powerful tool for understanding customers' choices. Here, we explain the benefits of this sophisticated methodology by way of a recently conducted Booz & Company study with more than 1,800 consumers in the United States. The study provided insights to service providers and mobile phone manufacturers on how to best approach consumers and gain market share.
