Based in Cleveland, Les Moeller leads Booz & Company’s consumer, media, and retail market practice in North America. Previously, he led the firm’s marketing and sales service offering.

His primary area of expertise is helping firms to develop new business models to drive growth and reduce cost.

Les is the lead author of “The Better Half: The Artful Science of ROI Marketing,” which appeared in strategy+business magazine and served as the impetus for his book, The Four Pillars of Profit-Driven Marketing, published in 2009 by McGraw-Hill. He has also written and contributed to many other s+b articles, including:

Prior to joining Booz & Company, Les was with Procter & Gamble in brand management, where he developed the brand architecture to double the sales of NyQuil and launched Citrus Hill Plus Calcium—one of the first functional drinks on the market.

Les received his AB in Philosophy, cum laude, from Harvard University.
