Dr. Johannes Bussmann, a Booz & Company partner, leads the firm’s financial services and IT efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Johannes Bussmann primarily supports leading European Banks, Service Provider, and Insurance Clients with his functional expertise in:

  • Retail and Commercial Banking
  • Transaction Banking and Service Operations
  • IT strategy, IT cost optimization, and IT operating model

Examples of his focus in the financial services industry include:

Before joining Booz & Company, he was a partner in a global strategy consulting firm. He earned his PhD in economics and he has a diploma in computer science and business administration, both from Technical University Karlsruhe.
