- Booz & Company was retained by a major cable network and digital group to develop strategies for growth via new business models.
- Booz & Company developed the strategy for establishing new positions in digital advertising (e.g., ad networks), lead generation, online video games, and virtual worlds. We worked closely with the senior executive team to identify, define and prioritize specific opportunities in each area. As part of the project, Booz & Company also led due diligence efforts for specific targets that involved an extensive evaluation of management teams, business models and technical capabilities.
