- Booz & Company evaluated multiple revenue options—including subscriptions, advertising and micro-payments—and reassessed the division’s consumer targets and product portfolio to develop a three-year strategy and plan. As part of this effort, Booz & Company conducted more than 50 interviews with video game publishers, advertisers and online companies to develop deep insights into industry trends as well as the client’s positioning. Booz & Company also conducted extensive economic analysis to identify the optimal business model and the associated investments and other company actions required to support it.
