Booz & Company at the World Economic Forum

Booz & Company at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2013

As a selected Strategic Partner of the World Economic Forum, we strongly support the Forum's commitment to improve the state of the world.

The focus of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting held in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland from January 23-27, 2013, was “Resilient Dynamism.” Today, we live in the most complex, interdependent, and interconnected era in human history. We are increasingly confronted by major adaptive challenges as well as profound transformational opportunities. This new leadership context requires successful organizations to master strategic agility and to build risk resilience. More broadly, it requires every sector of society to foster resilient dynamism.

Booz & Company CEO Cesare Mainardi participated in the CEO panel on Enterprise Resilience on January 25. Joining Mr. Mainardi on the panel were: John Rice, Vice-Chairman, GE, Hong Kong SAR; Jasmine Whitbread, Chief Executive Officer, Save the Children International; and Daniel Vasella, Chairman of the Board, Novartis. Subramanian Rangan, the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court Endowed Chair in Societal Progress at INSEAD, moderated the panel.
