Mentoring & Assessment Process
Developing strong mentor relationships—both formal and informal—is a key to success at Booz & Company. To help you jump-start these relationships, you will be assigned a senior mentor and a junior mentor on your first day at the firm. Naturally, as you meet more people, you’ll form many informal mentor relationships. Make a point of reaching out to your mentors—they will help you navigate Booz & Company’s culture and processes.
Moreover, you will receive regular, constructive feedback on your performance. Our formal 360-degree performance assessment system is a uniquely effective way to develop our people and enhance their professional skills. Impartial colleagues from other teams conduct your assessments, interviewing you as well as people who work closely with you—your peers, seniors, and juniors.
