Simon has more than 17 years of experience helping consumer companies grow via digital enablement, e-commerce/multichannel sales, customer analytics, and marketing. Prior to joining Booz Digital, Simon was the SVP of Marketing for the Sports Authority and an associate partner at McKinsey & Company.
Charles brings 20 years of experience driving new growth strategies for leading companies across the consumer technology, wireless, broadband, and information sectors, specializing in digital innovation and transformation. Before joining Booz Digital, Charles was founder and CEO of Mercator Partners, and was a partner at Oliver Wyman.
Matthew Egol is a New York–based partner with Booz & Company, and a senior director of Booz Digital. He specializes in strategy and capability development for consumer brand marketers, retailers, marketing services firms, and media companies, focusing on value creation through digital content, community and commerce.
David has more than 20 years of consulting and executive management experience and has led the development and growth of disruptive new businesses across the broadband, wireless, digital media and computer industries. Prior to joining Booz Digital, David was a founding executive of Ernst & Young's Strategic Advisory Services consulting practice.
He specializes in assisting clients develop digital centric growth strategies enabled through a robust consumer understanding. He bring hands on strategic planning, innovation, brand and product management expertise from his experience in industry , and Booz & Co.
Nicole specializes in digital strategy and customer engagement, with multidisciplinary experience across the Financial Services, Consumer and Retail industries. She has prior experience as a strategy consultant within the Financial Services practice of Booz & Company and a merchandise buyer at Bloomingdale’s.
Kevin facilitates the design of holistic user experiences across digital and physical frontiers. He brings broad and deep multidisciplinary experience from his work at Nike, Inc. in product creation and business roles, and mechanical engineering experiences in nuclear power.
Joon specializes in user experience design for enterprise deliveries and a diverse range of consumer-facing goods and digital media. He comes to Booz Digital after successfully leading digital interaction efforts at Fisker and high-profile experiences at the digital design agency Artefact.
Arun has 15 years of experience as a solution architect and project management professional in the IT industry. Experience includes working for a leading systems integrator Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and one of the leading Insurance companies in the US, Farmers Insurance Group.
Matilda is an LA based product manager with Booz Digital. She specializes in product strategy and development in the omni channel commerce space. She was previously a senior product manager with eBay and PayPal building out the open commerce ecosystem. She has hands on product experience leading the development.
Keiko brings product design skills ranging from 2-D conceptual development, rapid prototyping, 3-D modeling and the delivery of technical specifications for production. She also facilitates ethnographic research and the delivery of human-centered designs around consume branded experiences.
