Mr. Andrew Cainey

Mr. Cainey is Managing Director of Booz & Company, Greater China and has been based in Shanghai since 2005. He brings over 20 years of management consulting experience in Asia and Europe and has worked in Asia since 1997, first visiting China in 1981. Prior to moving to Asia, he was based in London covering clients across Europe. He has served clients in financial services, consumer products, retailing and health industries.

Mr. Steven Veldhoen

Based in Beijing, Steven Veldhoen is a Booz & Company Director with over 20 years at the firm. He specializes in improving corporate innovation and operations capabilities together with clients. Steven has done most of his work with clients in the Automotive and Consumer Goods industries. He also leads the joint research with INSEAD on Global Innovation Networks.

Ms. Joni Bessler
