Interview Process

The recruitment process usually consists of two rounds of interviews. Each round will consist of two 45-60 minute interviews comprising; a discussion about you and your experience (based on your resume), a case study discussion or experience based discussion, and time to ask questions about Booz & Company.

Within 24-48 hours of your interview, you will be advised whether you have advanced to the next interview round. After all the interviews have been completed, you will similarly be notified of whether you will receive an offer to join Booz & Company.
