What we look for in Associates

A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Associate candidates, including:

• MBA/post-graduate degree;

As an Associate, you will be asked to perform a wide variety of tasks in both individual and team environments. You might manage a team of consultants, develop hypotheses to aid in the solution of client problems, develop and own the final report for a project, present results to senior executives or forge lasting client relationships. Associates also play a key role in the internal workings of the firm; you may be asked to conduct interviews, mentor less experienced colleagues and help with pro bono work.
