Education Assistance

To undertake formal qualifications, including professional or technical certification, both financial assistance and study leave can be accessed by all employees. Where certification is a mandatory requirement for employees to perform their jobs, Booz & Company will cover 100% of training-associated costs, both for gaining and maintaining certification.
