Phil leads Booz & Company’s Organisational Change offering for Civil Government & Health clients within the ANZSEA region. He specialises in enabling strategic change, and has delivered complex organisational transformation solutions including executive management led cultural change initiatives, implementation and assurance of major IT transformations, as well as development and rollout of custom developed IT systems.

Phil has over 17 years consulting experience in Organisational Strategy, Change and Facilitation, and 12 years in Strategy & IT consulting companies.
