Andrew has more than 25 years of consulting experience and works primarily with Australian Federal, State and Local Government as well as New Zealand Central Government. Andrew is skilled in conceptualising future directions, developing strategies to achieve overall corporate objectives, structuring to execute these strategies and then overseeing implementation. He is also experienced in gaining customers’ and stakeholders’ agreement to new strategies, technology directions, implementation schedules, performance measures and governance frameworks.
