Michele has over ten years of consulting experience and is based in the Firm's Sydney office. She leads the Operations Practice in the ANZSEA region, supporting clients in a wide range of initiatives from strategy-based operating model design; cost reduction and operational improvement; and broad-based business transformation.
Michele is primarily focused on helping clients in the energy and industrial sectors across Australia and Southeast Asia.
