Fernando Napolitano is a Booz & Company Partner and Managing Director of Booz & Company Italia. He leads the organization and change practice in Italy and has specialized for fifteen years in the telecommunications, media, and aerospace industries. He leads the Firm’s European Advisory Board, an external consultative body composed by 10 leading European personalities.
Napolitano graduated with honors in economics from the University of Naples in Italy, followed by the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, a Master of Science Management (major in technology management) at Brooklyn Polytechnic University, New York, and a Diploma from the Chamber of Commerce of Paris, France.
Prior to his consulting career, he held management positions at Procter & Gamble Italia marketing division and at Laben S.p.A. (Finmeccanica) Tethered Satellite, Commercial Dpt.
